Quite simply, we have properties that no one else knows about, As we do not advertise them, you need to come directly to us to find out if we have the property you are looking for. If we do not have the right home then we will let you know as soon as we do.

Since we actually listen to what you are seeking for, and if you are really keen to get moving, we can even look at property sourcing for you. With our trustworthy approach we can keep you “under the radar”, meaning you will have the time and space needed to make one of the most important decisions in your life and that of your family.

Managing your expectations is important to us so we will never over promise. Only when we think a perfect home is available, will we arrange a viewing. You will have the peace of mind knowing that you will be one of the few to see it.
 

Commission Rates
Commission 2% of the total price paid at the end
Subject to a minimum of  €1.000
Greek VAT is chargeable on the commission
There is no charge for viewings trips closer to Athens

Note: For viewing trips outside the Athens where the office is located we charge transportation fees to cover the petrol charges, wear costs of the vehicle, boat or airplane tickets etc. This is valid only for viewing trips outside the Athens where the office is located.
If you buy or rent any property with us, any transport costs charged by the office you buy with are fully refundable! If you would like us to drive you further distances (from our office, or from the airport) we will negotiate a fixed price for each journey.

Our agency commission covers many important services which we provide for the buyer during the purchasing process: organizing of viewings, search for properties as per criteria set by the client, legal assistance, full checks on the title deeds and the ownership, preparation of all necessary contracts, paperwork, negotiations with the sellers, communication costs, representation and closing of the deal etc.
